Good to know

Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11.00 am. If you stay longer, we will charge 50% of the current daily rate.

Pets

As a general rule, pets are not permitted, as the owners have a dog of their own. In exceptional cases, pets may be accommodated for an additional charge of €22.00 per pet per night.

Booking

Your booking is confirmed once a deposit of €100.00 per person has been paid and you have received written confirmation from us. Any special arrangements, offers, etc. must also be confirmed in writing.

For organisational reasons, we can only partially consider requests for specific rooms. All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; individual rooms may differ from those shown.

Cancellation policy

There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the consumer protection code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations must always be made in writing and are not valid without our confirmation.

  • In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained in all cases.

  • If you cancel 4 weeks before arrival, 60% of the cost of your stay will be charged.

  • If you cancel 1 week before arrival, we will charge 80% of the booking.

  • In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full price of the booked stay will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you can plan your holiday with peace of mind.
