Fresh ingredients, local produce and South Tyrolean cuisine form the basis of our dishes – complemented by Mediterranean influences and seasonal specialities. In the pleasant atmosphere of our restaurant, you’ll experience culinary moments that round off your holiday on the Seiser Alm. When the weather is fine, the sun terrace also invites you to enjoy culinary delights whilst taking in the view of the Dolomites.
Mornings Start your day with new energy
A generous breakfast buffet featuring South Tyrolean produce ensures a delightful start to the day. Look forward to fresh, regional delicacies, crusty bread and rolls, sweet and savoury options, as well as a selection of coffee and tea specialities. This ensures you’re well fuelled for hikes, days on the slopes or relaxing hours on the Seiser Alm.
Lunch Light meals and snacks
During the winter months, our lunch menu invites you to refuel after a few hours on the slopes or a winter hike. On request, we’ll serve you light lunch dishes in the fireside room.
Evenings A culinary journey of delights
In the evening, our kitchen will treat you to varied four-course menus that combine traditional South Tyrolean specialities with subtle Mediterranean influences and international delicacies. We place great emphasis on fresh ingredients and seasonal produce from the region. Dinner begins with a colourful salad buffet, after which you can choose from two options for both the starter and main course. The meal is rounded off with a sweet dessert.
Wines Treasures from the wine cellar
To accompany the culinary delights, we recommend a suitable wine from our well-stocked wine cellar. It houses renowned wines from South Tyrol and Italy, as well as fine wines from Spain, Australia and the USA. There is the perfect wine to accompany every dish our kitchen serves. If you’d like to enjoy a good glass of wine as an aperitif or in the cosy fireplace room in the evening, we’ll find just the right bottle for you too.
